• The Service does not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses from our Service.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LLM Council and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

By submitting queries to our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your queries through multiple AI models
• Store and analyze queries for service improvement
• Use anonymized query data for research and development

6.3 AI-Generated Output

You retain ownership of AI-generated responses to your queries. However, similar or identical responses may be generated for other users with similar queries.

7. Subscription and Payments

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your access may be limited unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

7.2 Paid Subscriptions

If you choose a paid subscription:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription
• We may change subscription fees with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided at our sole discretion

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
• Correction of defects or errors

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LLM COUNCIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or data loss
• Any damages arising from use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LLM Council and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Our Service uses third-party AI models from various providers. Your queries may be subject to the terms and policies of these providers:

• xAI (Grok)
• Moonshot AI (Kimi)
• Minimax
• Deepseek

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party AI providers.

12. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
